great amenities but lacking some attention to detail

Our spa getaway was a dream come true! The relaxing outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight after our meals, which were simply divine. Don’t miss breakfast on the patio and stroll through the picturesque grounds. The staff made us feel like royalty! Highly recommend!

The superb organic pulled pork at dinner stood out, making for a delightful dining experience. While the outdoor spa and nearby Surrey Hills offered beautiful scenery, the room was a letdown with thin walls that made for a noisy stay. the check-in process was chaotic and marred by unprofessional staff behavior, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the place.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a local taxi, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break!

Nice spa, but noisy nights

Had a decent stay for one night. The room was right next to the pool area, so it got kinda loud late at night. Also woke up to cold water in the shower on a chilly morning, not great! The spa treatments were awesome though. The bar area was cozy for a drink, but make sure you don’t get a noisy room.
